Delete your Vernum account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Vernum app (com.vernum.app) and the website at vernum.app, and what happens to your data. You do not need to reinstall the app to make the request.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

Open the Vernum app and sign in.
Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

The same option is available on the web dashboard at vernum.app/account.html: open Settings and use Delete account in the Danger zone card at the bottom.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send an email to destek@vernum.app from the email address registered to your Vernum account, with the subject “Vernum account deletion request”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days. We will reply to confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials (email address and authentication record).
Your profile data and coin balance.
Your order history: the countries and services you selected, the numbers assigned to you, and the SMS verification codes delivered to those numbers.
Your notification token, so the app can no longer send you push notifications.
Your referral code and its records.

Any remaining coin balance is forfeited when the account is deleted and cannot be restored or refunded. Spend your balance before deleting if you do not want to lose it.

What we may keep, and for how long

We keep a minimal record of completed transactions where we are legally required to (accounting and tax records, and records needed for fraud prevention and security). These records are kept separately from your account, are not used to contact you, and are retained only for the period required by law. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Vernum hesabınızı silin

1. Yol — Uygulama içinden kendiniz silin

Vernum uygulamasını açın ve giriş yapın.
Alt menüden Profil sekmesine gidin.
Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokunun.
Onaylayın. Hesabınız anında silinir.

Aynı seçenek vernum.app/account.html adresindeki web panelinde de var: Ayarlar sayfasını açın, en alttaki Tehlikeli alan kartında Hesabı Sil düğmesine basın.

2. Yol — E-posta ile silme talebi

Giriş yapamıyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@vernum.app adresine “Vernum hesap silme talebi” konusuyla e-posta gönderin. Talebin hesap sahibinden geldiğini doğrulayıp hesabı 30 gün içinde sileriz ve işlem tamamlandığında size dönüş yaparız.

Silinen veriler

Hesabınız ve giriş bilgileriniz (e-posta adresi ve kimlik doğrulama kaydı).
Profil bilgileriniz ve coin bakiyeniz.
Sipariş geçmişiniz: seçtiğiniz ülke ve servisler, size atanan numaralar ve bu numaralara gelen SMS doğrulama kodları.
Bildirim jetonunuz; böylece uygulama size artık bildirim gönderemez.
Referans kodunuz ve ona ait kayıtlar.

Hesap silindiğinde kalan coin bakiyeniz kaybolur; geri alınamaz ve iade edilmez. Bakiyenizi kaybetmek istemiyorsanız silmeden önce kullanın.

Saklanabilecek veriler ve süresi

Yasal olarak tutmakla yükümlü olduğumuz durumlarda tamamlanmış işlemlere ait asgari kaydı saklarız (muhasebe ve vergi kayıtları ile dolandırıcılığı önleme ve güvenlik için gereken kayıtlar). Bu kayıtlar hesabınızdan ayrı tutulur, sizinle iletişim için kullanılmaz ve yalnızca kanunun gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası sayfamızdadır.
